After attending pastry school at the Institute of Culinary Education, I externed at Oxalis and worked most recently on the pastry team at Gramercy Tavern before losing my job in March 2020 due to the pandemic.

 

I’m currently baking up a storm, developing recipes, and freelance writing for outlets like Eater, Food52, and FoodNetwork.com.
